We adhere to responsible, solutions-based investing and wealth management practices always keeping the client’s needs and objectives firmly in our sights.

We are an authorised Financial Services Provider registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). We are also Masthead Compliance members who strive to consistently maintain a high level of compliance within our organisation in order to satisfy our clients that they are dealing with professionals who have their best interests at heart. We are also members of the Financial Planning Institute (FPI) of South Africa.

Treating Customers Fairly

We have always prided ourselves in treating our customers fairly. The Financial Services Board (FSB) is increasingly insisting that all advisors behave in this manner. Below you can find the 6 outcomes that the FSB hopes to achieve and that we adhere to as a company.

Please click on any of the logos below to see how we are involved in this.

  • Customers can be confident they are dealing with firms where TCF is central to the corporate culture
  • Products & services marketed and sold in the retail market are designed to meet the needs of identified customer groups and are targeted accordingly
  • Customers are provided with clear information and kept appropriately informed before, during and after point of sale
  • Where advice is given, it is suitable and takes account of customer circumstances
  • Products perform as firms have led customers to expect, and service is of an acceptable standard and as they have been led to expect
  • Customers do not face unreasonable post-sale barriers imposed by firms to change product, switch providers, submit a claim or make a complaint.
